MODEX is where the warehouse world shows up in real life.
For four days, you walk the floor, see equipment run, test software, ask hard questions, and have the kinds of conversations that don’t happen over email. You’re watching automation move, robots pick, systems scan — and hearing directly from operators about what actually works inside their facilities.
The sessions go beyond theory. Leaders share what they implemented, what broke, what paid off, and what they’d do differently. On the expo floor, you can compare solutions side by side and speak directly with the teams building them.

50,000+ total attendees from across manufacturing, retail, 3PL, distribution, and supply chain technology.
1,000+ exhibitors showcasing automation, robotics, software, storage systems, and material handling solutions.
Hundreds of educational sessions led by industry experts and operational leaders.
Manifest features multiple tracks, plenary keynotes, and breakout sessions focused on topics such as AI & automation, cold chain, visibility and analytics, workforce transformation, global trade, and more.
Pick up your badge, confirm meeting times, and get oriented before the show floor opens.

Within MODEX’s expo hall, you’ll find a mix of major exhibitor zones, live demo areas, on-floor learning theaters, lounge/networking pockets, and showcase sections like the StartUp Pavilion.
Use the official floor plan tool to search by exhibitor name, product category, or booth number and see the correct hall + location.
Search the floor plan by company name or booth number, then save it to your planner so you’re not hunting mid-day.
Each exhibitor listing includes the hall designation (A / B / C), and the map lets you switch halls quickly.

Admission to exhibits, show floor access, all general education sessions, and keynotes are FREE with online registration

Are there any paid or optional events?
Yes. There are some special sessions and networking events that require separate tickets like the Women in Supply Chain Forum, MHI Industry night, and the Young Professionals Networking Event.
MODEX recommends arriving Sunday evening, April 12th or early Monday, April 13th to ensure you’re ready for the opening keynote and a full first day on the expo floor. Arriving Sunday gives you time to pick up your badge, review the floor plan, and confirm scheduled meetings before the show begins.
You should plan on departing Thursday afternoon, April 16th or Friday, April 17th so you can take advantage of the final morning on the show floor. Since exhibits close early on Thursday, many attendees wrap meetings before heading to the airport later that day.
Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is the closest major airport, located approximately 15–20 minutes from the Georgia World Congress Center.
Breakfast and lunch aren’t included with registration, but there are plenty of nearby options. Many attendees grab quick meals between sessions, while some ticketed networking events include food or drinks. Here are a few favorites within walking distance of the Georgia World Congress Center.
While MODEX provides access to the expo floor and education sessions, meals are typically not included with general registration. Most attendees grab quick bites between meetings to keep their schedules moving.
Some ticketed events and forums may include food or buffet-style service, particularly evening networking receptions or special industry gatherings.
Inside the Georgia World Congress Center, you’ll find several quick options including:
These are convenient when you don’t want to leave the venue between sessions.
Download the MODEX planner/app early. Save booths + sessions so your day doesn’t get hijacked by “wandering.”
Book meetings ahead of time. With 1,000+ exhibitors, calendars fill fast. Book your meeting with Zimark now.
Group booths by hall. Planning your route ahead of time saves miles of unnecessary walking.
Prioritize your “must-see” vendors. Visit them early in the week before schedules get crowded.
Arrive early for keynotes. Popular sessions can fill quickly, especially on the first two days.
Leave buffer time between meetings. Great conversations often run longer than planned.
Wear comfortable shoes. The show floor is massive and you’ll easily walk several miles each day.
Take notes throughout the day. It’s easy to forget key details after dozens of demos and conversations.
MODEX is where warehouse operations get real — and where the best operators go to pressure-test new ideas in person. Zimark will be there to connect, compare notes, and show how smart pallet tracking changes what “visibility” actually means inside the warehouse.
You can find Zimark at Booth A6122.
