Every misload, missed appointment, and OTIF penalty starts at the same movement — when you lose visibility of the pallet. Zimark’s LoadCool gives it back.

Your storage area is fully insulated. The temperature doesn’t change. The goods stay in place. Cold storage? It’s a solved problem.
The goods-out area is a different story. Six failure points. Zero warning.
LOADCOOL TURNS YOUR
No extra staff. No manual scanning. Cameras on forklifts and dock doors do the work automatically — catching misloads, logging temperature zones, and building your evidence trail in real time.
STEP 01 – LABELS
Stick a LoadCool label on a pallet at pick. That’s the only manual step. The label tells the system exactly what’s on that pallet, where it came from, and which FIFO/FEFO rules apply to it.
STEP 02 – FORKLIFT CAMERAS
A camera mounted on the forklift reads each pallet as it’s picked. If the wrong pallet is about to move — wrong SKU, wrong date, wrong sequence — the system flags it immediately. The operator knows before the mistake happens.
STEP 03 – DOCK DOOR CAMERAS
At every dock door, a camera checks each pallet against the shipment list as it loads. If it doesn’t belong on that truck, you know before the driver is released. The door closes faster. The load is right.
STEP 04 – MANAGER DASHBOARD
Every pallet movement — from freezer floor to dock door to truck — is automatically logged with a photo and timestamp. When a customer disputes a delivery or a load gets rejected, you pull the record and close the claim. No digging through CCTV. No back-and-forth.
"By using Zimark, we are reducing our costs by 17%, which allows us to provide our customers with cheaper pricing. This technology gives us the power to operate smarter, faster, and with complete transparency."
