Background
207 Group is a logistics powerhouse comprising six companies dedicated to providing logistics solutions, including shipping, storage, load and container handling, and more.
The group operates as a bonded warehouse operator with advanced in-house WMS technology, managing hundreds of high-security, high-volume imports across multiple dock doors.
In 2025, the Group partnered with Zimark to implement a four-week proof-of-concept aimed at eliminating loading errors.
The challenge
Before Zimark, load verification was manual. The floor manager visually verified pallets against the paperwork and instructed forklift drivers to retrieve the corresponding pallets.
Each pallet was manually validated at the dock before loading. Once the truck was loaded, the driver signed out, but no digital proof of the process was recorded.
Zimark set out to boost efficiency, remove loading errors, and increase transparency—all while making sure current workflows are either untouched or optimized if the need arises.
